We all hate this part and we truly hope you’re having an amazing experience with Skilled. But issues do happen, so here’s what to do:

Damaged order?

We hope you never have to deal with this, but if you do, we’ve got you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or refund immediately. No need to send anything back.

Something else going on?

It’s okay, we’ll find a way to make it right. Just reach out, and we’ll be more than happy to help.
